The Bubbles

The Bubbles, Jordan Pond Acadia National Park

This day started as a dismal rainy day, no sunrise. We headed into Bar Harbor for a quick trip to get a couple of rain coats for fear of the weather the rest of the day, myself and Scott did not have any good rain gear. As luck would have it driving back to the house from town, new rain gear an all, the sun started to peek through the clouds and the NxNW Crew was alive again! We headed up to Cadillac Mountain for hopes of some great fog in the low lying areas but found out on the way up it was totally fogged in, calling for fog till about 3pm so we went with plan B. Jordan Pond. This turned out to be a fantastic place and we were greeted with some fog and partly cloudy skies the balance of the day. Scott and I believe it was the raincoats that made the rain stop! Well worth the 60 bucks to have a dry day of shooting, literally an hour after we purchased them.

Thanks for stopping!
