Swallowtail Lighthouse, kissed by the first morning light of the sunrise on the North Head of Grand Manan Island. We were lucky enough to avoid the scaffolding that went up a few weeks after our visit when repairs were actually scheduled the week we arrived but they were delayed, the lighthouse now looks like a cacoon from pictures I have seen online. Swallowtail is one of the most picturesque lighthouses on the Eastern North American coastline, definitely worth a visit.
