Rippy Ranch Supply   Dripping Springs Texas

The last morning of my Texas NxNW trip was spent shooting some of Dave Wilsons stomping grounds, Dripping Springs. Dripping Springs is a small little town in the Texas Hill Country with some great character. One of the iconic places on W Mercer street is Rippy Ranch Supply. Everything was great about this building from the inside out, including the people we met. This is the Rippy storefront, a nice place to grab a seat, kick back and tell some stories.

Wandering around Rippy we came across Alfred, he had a crate in the back of his pickup truck with some new puppies inside that he was finding new homes for, one actually went to a new owner while we were there. We asked Alfred if he minded if we took his photo, and of course, he did not mind, that good old Texas hospitality once again. One of my favorites of the day.

I captured another shot of Alfred and another buddy, a Rippy employee at the front door of the store.

A great morning in dripping Springs finished off by a great lunch at the Mazama Coffee Company before heading out to Hamilton Pool.

Thanks for stopping!
