Blair Bridge NH

On our last day of our fall trip last year we hit the little town of Blair, near Campton New Hampshire, along route 93 heading South back towards Boston. In the small little town is one of New Hampshire’s covered bridges, The Blair Bridge. We spent about an hour thinking around and shooting the bridge and general area, some pulling their drones out for some aerial footage. The Bridge looked fairly new as it was just rebuilt and re-opened in 2015 after it suffered damage from Tropical Storm Irene in 2011.

The bridge spans over the Pemigewasset River, which still had some fall colors lingering on the trees as you could see from the shot above.

The sign on the bridge reads- Five Dollars Fine For Riding or Driving On This Bridge Faster Than A Walk. No fines for our group but a few vehicles sure barreled through the bridge quite fast.

Thanks for stopping!

St Matthews Chapel

Nestled near the little area called Sugar Hill in New Hampshire’s White Mountain range is the quaint little St Matthews Chapel. Really a scene you would think of if you are thinking New England, small little scenic church in the mountains. As sunrise was a bust that morning we all shot around this little church, lighting was not the best as we had quite a bit of cloud cover all morning so we just made the best of it before heading to the famous Polly’s Pancake Parlor where at any given morning you could have up to a 2 hour wait to get in and get a seat. We were lucky and got in pretty darn quick and all took seats at the breakfast bar for a nice meal in Sugar Hill New Hampshire.

Thanks for stopping!
