Prospect Place is often called one of Ohio’s most haunted locations, ghost sightings and strange occurrences have been reported, including shadowy figures, disembodied voices, and objects moving on their own. Legends suggest that a bounty hunter was hanged in the barn for betraying escaping slaves, and his spirit is said to linger.
