This year’s Formula 1 season officially begins this week at the Australian Grand Prix, and 2026 marks perhaps the biggest regulatory reset in decades, along with a fresh technical slate intended to reshape racing into a more sustainable, more strategic, and hopefully more competitive sport. It will be an interesting start with the new rule and power unit changes. Throw in a new team as well, Cadillac Racing, there is plenty to watch in this first race.
