All Washed Up

All Washed Up

All Washed Up…Yep, and after a week of ignoring online activity (More on that below), I am back posting again. This is a shot I took on a private photo tour of Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, aka the former Weston State Hospital, from my archives. Lots of stories about this historic Gem of a Kirkbride building nestled in the small town of Weston WV. This was a back building, not attached to the main Kirkbride structure. But still good!

I spent the week away from being online to cut the blood-sucking Cable from our household, yes, we cut the cord from those Bast***s, enough was enough. We now have more content and shows and options than we ever had with the Cable crooks, aside from keeping a 100MBS internet connection I am done and we are also saving a lot of money in the process, Oh, did I mention no commercials anymore….lol, good riddance.

One more thing….I am in the drone business again, a new Mavic Air is in my possession so stay tuned, and don’t be afraid to tell the Cable Company they are ALL WASHED UP! Cause they are.

Thanks for looking!

Blair Bridge NH

On our last day of our fall trip last year we hit the little town of Blair, near Campton New Hampshire, along route 93 heading South back towards Boston. In the small little town is one of New Hampshire’s covered bridges, The Blair Bridge. We spent about an hour thinking around and shooting the bridge and general area, some pulling their drones out for some aerial footage. The Bridge looked fairly new as it was just rebuilt and re-opened in 2015 after it suffered damage from Tropical Storm Irene in 2011.

The bridge spans over the Pemigewasset River, which still had some fall colors lingering on the trees as you could see from the shot above.

The sign on the bridge reads- Five Dollars Fine For Riding or Driving On This Bridge Faster Than A Walk. No fines for our group but a few vehicles sure barreled through the bridge quite fast.

Thanks for stopping!
